Item type:Publication, PERCEPCIJE I STAVOVI O UKRASNIM KARAKTERISTIKAMA I PRIMJENI CVJETNO-DEKORATIVNIH VRSTA SOBNOG BILJA TE KAKTUSA I SUKULENTI(2019)Boris Dorbić, Lea Zemunović, Emilija Friganović, Željko Španjol, Zvezda Bogevska, Sandra PopovićCvjetno dekorativne vrste sobnog bilja su vrste koje cvatu duže od jedne sezone, ali i one koje se uzgajaju uglavnom zbog ljepote njihovih cvjetova. Kaktusi na svojim zadebljalim stabljikama ponekad imaju vunaste čuperke, kaktusi nemaju lišća, a većina ih ima bodlje. Sukulente su kserofitne biljke koje se protiv suše bore tako da vodu skupljaju u svojim organima. Cilj ovog rada je bio istražiti percepciju ukrasnih karakteristika i primjene odabranih vrsta sobnog bilja, cvjetnodekorativne vrste te kaktuse i sukulente. Kao izvor primarnih podataka obavljeno je anketno istraživanje na području gradova Šibenika i Knina tijekom mjeseca travnja i svibnja 2018. godine. Rezultati istraživanja pokazuju sljedeće: atraktivnost primjene odabranih vrsta u različitim interijerima je za ocijenjena u rasponu (3,63-4,03) za cvjetno-dekorativne vrste i (3,71-4,03) za kaktuse i sukulente. Ukrasne karakteristike cvjetno-dekorativnih vrsta su ocijenjene u rasponu (3,84-4,13), a kaktusi i sukulente u rasponu (3,42-4,06). Utjecaj različitih vrsta sobnog bilja na čovjekovo raspoloženje su ocijenjene u rasponu (3,87-4,17) za cvjetno-dekorativne vrste i (3,57- 3,97) za kaktuse i sukulente. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Item type:Publication, Senzorska procjena različitih oparaka od aromatičnog bilja(2019)Boris Dorbić, Emilija Friganović, Marija Slipčević, Margarita Davitkovska, Zvezda Bogevska, Ana VujoševićU prošlosti i sadašnjosti čovjek je bio okružen i ovisan o ljekovitom bilju. Postepeno ga je upoznavao i to prvo za liječenje, a kasnije i za prehranu. U preradi aromatičnog bilja uglavnom se koriste samo oni dijelovi biljke (npr. plod, cvijet, list, stabljika, korijen, gomolj itd.) koji sadrže aktivne tvari. Čaj se može prirediti kao oparak, uvarak, provarak i naljev. Uglavnom se većina čajeva pripravlja kao oparak ili infuzija. U općem dijelu rada su opisane biološke i kemijske karakteristike aromatičnog bilja čiji su oparci korišteni za senzorsku procjenu, a to su: lavanda, lipa, kamilica, paprena metvica (menta), komorač, kadulja i majčina dušica. U praktičnom dijelu rada metodom senzorske procijene potrošača obavljena je procjena oparaka od gore navedenih vrsta aromatičnog bilja (20 gramske filtarske monodoze) tvrtke Franck d.o.o. Zagreb, što je ujedno i cilj ovoga rada. Senzorska procjena je provedena tijekom druge polovice 2018. godine na uzorku od 20 studenata Veleučilišta "Marko Marulić" u Kninu. Rezultati procjene su pokazali sljedeće: ispitanici su ocjenom dovoljan ocijenili oparak od kadulje. Oparci od lavande, majčine dušice i lipe su ocijenjeni ocjenom dobar, a oparke od mente, kamilice i komorača ispitanici su ocijenili s ocjenom vrlo dobar. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Item type:Publication, Sensory evaluation of different infusions from aromatic herbs(2019) ;Boris Dorbić ;Emilija Friganović ;Marija Slipčević ;Margarita DavitkovskaZvezda BogevskaBoth in the past and in the present humans have been surrounded and dependent on medicinal herbs. They gradually gained a deeper insight into them, primarily for the purpose of use in traditional medicine and subsequently also in order to use in everyday diet. All the parts of the plant that contain active substances (e.g. fruit, flower, leaf, stem, root, tuber, etc.) are used in the processing of aromatic plants. Tea can be prepared as an infusion, decoction, extraction through cooking and maceration. Most teas are prepared as an infusion. The general part of the paper provides a description of biological and chemical characteristics of aromatic plants whose infusion had been used for sensory evaluation, such as: lavender, linden, chamomile, peppermint (mint), fennel, sage and thyme. In the practical segment of the paper, the method of consumer sensory evaluation was used to evaluate the infusions made from the previously mentioned species of aromatic plants (20 grams monodose) produced by the company Franck L.t.d. Zagreb, which was simultaneously also the objective of this paper. Sensory evaluation was conducted during the second half of 2018 on a sample of 20 students from Marko Marulić Polytechnic of Knin. According to the evaluation results, sage infusion was graded as sufficient by the respondents. Infusions from lavender, thyme and linden were graded as good, whereas infusions from mint, chamomile and fennel were graded as very good by the respondents. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Item type:Publication, Perceptions and attitudes about ornamental characteristics of sub-mediterranean deciduous trees during the winter season(2018) ;Boris Dorbić ;Sandra Dukić ;Emilija Friganović ;Margarita DavitkovskaZvezda BogevskaThe selection of appropriate trees is extremely important whilst designing different landscape surfaces, since it frequently defines both the appearance and the comfort of the open space. Ornamental values of the tree species throughout the year need to be considered. Some deciduous trees can show their ornamental value even during the winter season. Due to one or more ornamental characteristics (habitus, tree bark, tree trunk, branches, twigs and fruits) during the winter season, around 10 species of trees can be highlighted in the sub-Mediterranean climate, which is also the climate in the city of Knin. They include the following tree species: Celtis australis L., Ulmus pumila L., Tilia cordata Mill, Morus nigra L., Aesculus hippocastanum L., Acer negundo L. etc. Consequently, the objective of this paper was to conduct research on perceptions and attitudes about ornamental characteristics and the use of deciduous sub-Mediterranean trees during the winter season. The survey research was conducted in April and May of 2017 on a sample of 50 respondents originating from the area of the city of Knin and its outskirts. Based on the findings of the previously mentioned research, the conclusion was reached that the respondents originating from the city of Knin and its outskirts evaluated the ornamental characteristics for the use of eight out of nine selected tree species with the average grade good. The hybrid plane tree referred to as London plane or Platanus x hispanica Münchh received the highest grade. They most probably liked this species due to its unusual appearance (habitus, fruit, tree trunk etc.) and its less frequent use in parks and landscape surfaces. The findings of this research can be used for the purpose of design of different landscape surfaces aimed at increasing user comfort and satisfaction. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

From the regional perspective, Europe boasts the highest production volume of wine, accounting for more than half of the world’s wine production. Italy, France and Spain are the largest wine-producing countries in Europe. Most European countries, as well as the countries neighbouring Serbia, have succeeded in promoting and developing wine tourism by establishing so-called wine routes such as Vinske ceste in Slovenia and Croatia, Wine strasse in Germany and Austria, Bortúrák in Hungary, etc. Favourable features characteristic of Serbia (such as the geographical and traffic position, biodiversity, flora and fauna, climate, anthropogenic factors, cultural and historical heritage, various folk customs, festivities, etc.) provide a solid base for enhancing wine tourism. Wine tourism has the potential to become one of the Serbian brands. The establishment of “wine routes” across the country is an ambitious and responsible enterprise which surpasses the ability of individuals. The country has pledged to grant loans to support wine tourism, whereas tourist organisations are building “wine maps” in order to introduce tourists to the top eight wine-producing regions of Serbia, i.e. the Wine Routes of Palić, Fruška Gora, Vršac, Smederevo, Topola, Negotin, Knjaževac and Župa. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

(Approaches to investigation of gene modified maize and semi-quantative analysis by means of СР4 EPSPS protein).(2016) ;Поповски, З. ;Мискоска-Милевска, Э. ;Несторовски, Т. ;Камалдинов, Е.Б.Петухов, В.Л.Представлены результаты использования различных методов обнаружения генно-мо- дифицированных организмов (ГМО) в пробах пищевых продуктов по уровню белка. В качестве исходного материала использованы семена генно-модифицированной кукурузы NK603 с разным содержанием ГМО, предоставленные Международной ассоциацией оценки семян (International Seed Testing Association - ISTA) в рамках программы оценки качества. Использовали специальные тест-полоски для проведения качественного и иммуноферментнного анализа (ИФА) для полу- количественного определения, где в качестве мишени использовали молекулы СР4 EPSPS белка. Результаты исследований показали, что с использованием тест-полосок можно обнаружить присутствие 0,6% ГМО. Показано, что порог чувствительности тест-полосок обнаруживается при температурной обработке образцов при 80°C. Установленная линейная регрессионная зависи- мость служит доказательством применимости предлагаемого подхода и использования ИФА для полуколичественного определения ГМО по белку СР4 EPSPS в образцах, содержащих ГМ-кукурузу с концентрацией 0,1%. Отмечаются незначительные отличия при использовании фильтров с раз- ными длинами волн.
