    Physical education curriculum and fundamental motor skills performance level in Macedonian school children
    (Факултет за спорт и физичко васпитање у Лепосавићу, Универзитет у Приштини – Косовска Митровица, 2019)
    ;

    ;
    Physical education in the early school age children should be directed towards learning and developing the fundamental motor skills. In the later period of schooling, these learned and appropriately developed motor skills, should provide a basis for upgrading a number of specialized motor forms of complex type (combinations of fundamental movement skills, sports techniques from various sports). In order to assess the current situation, an initial analysis was made among pupils from 1-5 grade (classroom teaching phase in basic education) on the territory of the city of Skopje. Video analyzes of the performance of 12 fundamental locomotor and manipulative movements skills from the Test of Gross Motor Development battery (Ulrich 2000) were performed. The initial observations indicate a low level of proficiency in analyzed movement manifestations in all age categories. The conclusions are that the urgent revision and redesign of the national PE curriculum is required. The definition of clear motor skills performance standards (expected results) for each teaching topic in the appropriate age (grade) should be done. It is also necessary to raise the quality of PE curriculum application through quality professional work of the teachers, as well as with supply of adequate material conditions (facilities, equipment and requisites) for the realization of the PE curriculum.

    Changes of the power (maximal strength) within the flexor of the elbow joint after six weeks of training with matrix method
    (Montenegro Sports Academy, 2010-05)
    This particular research is analyzing the changes of the maximal muscle power in the elbow joint, as well as the anthropometrical measures and biomechanical variable. The program for exercising performed in this research has a longitudinal character with duration of 6 weeks and two check points. This program was performed on 17 adolescents. Participant had a task do power exercises on Scot’s bench, with individual weights using the matrix method (modified amplitude of movement). The analyses and result from the statistical operation (ANOVA’S/MANOVA’S) have shown positive changes at the participant’s maximal power (22,4%), also at the tested angular speed (70,1%) as well as it has shown decreasing of the local body fat of the involved arm for 16,6% after six weeks of program. The results are in favor of the program for transformation of motorics capabilities and they are directly focused of modification of power component.

    Promene maksimalne snage kod fleksora zgloba lakta posle šest nedeljnog vežbanja sa skraćenim amplitudama
    (Crnogorska sportska akademija, 2010-05)
    ;
    17 participants were put under longitudinal program for 6 weeks, which program should influence the maximal power potential within the flexor muscle of the elbow. Test were given for one maximal repetition, anthropometrical measures as well as test for angular speed. The participant were under test before the beginning of the 6 weeks program (initial testing) and then after the ending of the program (final testing). During the six weeks program the participants had a task to do power exercises on the Scot’s bench, with the individual weight, in the range of semiflexion until maximal flexion of the elbow joint and vice versa (modified amplitude of the movements). The analyses and result from the statistical operation have shown positive changes at the participant’s maximal power (15,27%) also at the tested angular speed (96,72%). The rest of the tests have shown some objective changes which were not statistically significant. The analysis’s and conclusion are in favor of the program for transformation of motorics capabilities and they are directly focused of modification of power component.
