    METHODOLOGICAL PROCEDURE FOR LEARNING THE ATHLETIC DISCIPLINE – HIGH JUMP TECHNIQUE "FLOP"
    (Faculty of Physical Education, Sport and Health, Skopje, 2018-12)
    ;
    For an efficient methodical procedure of the athletic disciplines it is imperative to choose a set of adequate exercises, i.e. complex of exercises to perform and master the movements that are an integral part of the structure of athletic discipline that should be mastered as a whole. The application of a good methodical procedure means when choosing the exercises to take account of their number and their interconnection. The connection requires the previous exercise to be the basis for the next and the next exercise to be an upgrade to the previous or simply said - to have a positive transfer between exercises. The order of the exercises is determined by means of a qualitative bio-mechanical analysis. The method for qualitative biomechanical analysis represents determining the biomechanical characteristics and motor stereotypes (sport elements), or to analyze the exercises for learning the athletic disciplines. This paper shows the methodological procedure for learning of the athletic discipline – high jump technique “flop”.

    INTERPERSONAL COORDINATION IN BASKETBALL
    (Faculty of physical education, sport and health – Skopje, 2014-03-19)
    Borche Daskalovski
    The survey is conducted in order to study and compare the differences and define interpersonal coordination between players from basketball leagues that are analyzed, determining the relationship of variables applied in each of the leagues studied separately as well as in the total sample of respondents, determining intergroup differences for variables that define for each attack separately from respondents and all respondents from the four leagues studied, determining the absolute probabilities , the amount of possession compared to the probability of crossing the ball between player positions of participants from four leagues and determining multy variant differences in variable controlled the ball down in the players positions in all four sub samples. The survey was conducted on the total sample of respondents and the same count 368 basketball players, divided into four sub samples: the first sub sample covers basketball players in the NBA and has a total of 101 respondents included in this survey .Second sub sample covers the Euro basketball - league and has a total of 95 subjects covered by this sub survey. Third sample covers the first Macedonian basketball players basketball league and has a total of 71 respondents covered by this sub survey. Fourth sample includes basketball players from ABA Adriatic League and has a total of 101 respondents included in this research. The research applied 34 variables divided into two spaces. The first area is to assess the performance of the players of games, respectively the valorization of their impact on competition in leagues explored. To calculate the performance of each player covered in this study there are 14 variables applied . The second variables used in this study is to assess the level of cooperation or collaboration wielded by players who are studied. When calculating the ratio of the total amount of received and given balls to determine how much each player has possession and which is the center of the neuro - biological networks that are in team sports, respectively between players. Calculated and the largest conditional probability flow between the ball game positions and the level of synergy between them. Therefore taken 20 variables which determine interpersonal coordination. Based on the results, performed the interpretation and discussion of them come to the following specific findings: Among respondents in the NBA's largest association found between variables include the total number of attempts and the total number of different Network goals distances, jumps in attack and defense the total number of goals. Among respondents from the Euro league, major associations occur between variables include the total number of attempts, the total number of goals from different distances and seized and cut balls and jumps in variables between attack and defense, the number jumps to total points scored and total number of points and small distances from the free-throw line. Among respondents from the First Macedonian Basketball League, the largest linkages are established between the variables include the total number of attempts and the total number of goals from different distances, with assistance, seized and cut balls with variables leaps in attack. Among respondents from ABA Adriatic League greatest relationship exists between variables include: total number of attempts and scored points with small distances variables total goals and variables that include jumps in attack and defense and total rebounds. In the total sample respondents were identified associations between variables include the total number of trials and goals of various distances, and the total number of jumps to the total number of attempts and scored baskets from various distances. Determined statistically significant differences between the means of variables applied to attack the four sub samples studied in variables: total number of goals scored two points (FG), total attempts for two points (FGA) and assists (ACC). For all variables the respondents achieved the best results in the NBA. Determined statistically significant differences between the means of the variables applied in defense among the four sub samples studied in the variable defensive rebounds (DR) and total rebounds (TOTR). Respondents in the NBA achieved the best results in these two variables. By mathematically calculated values obtained there are significant differences in the absolute probabilities, the amount of possession compared to the probability of crossing the ball toys positions in the total sample of respondents studied four leagues ,from the application of multi variant analysis and uni variant variable in possession of the ball in attacking positions after players among all four sub samples are obtained statistically significant differences by which it can be concluded that property owners who exercise their players in positions surveyed toys leagues is approximately the same.

    BIOMECHANICAL STATUS AND DEVELOPMENT LEVEL OF FUNDAMENTAL MOTOR SKILLS OF CHILDREN FROM 7 TO 10 YEARS
    (2013)
    The research covered a group of fundamental motor skills by defining their biomechanical status and development levels. We analyzed 12 basic motor skills, 6 of which are locomotor and 6 of manipulative type. Skills were analyzed with qualitative biomechanical analysis and then wеre applied appropriate algorithms and mathematical statistical programs for data processing in order to determine their biomechanical status. The research results show that the basic motor skills seen as a whole have expressed heterogeneous biomechanical characteristics. After applying the method of principal components to the results of the qualitative biomechanical analysis, 3 principal components were obtained, while applying the same method to the results of the development level assessment, 4 principal components were obtained. The development level assessment was carried out on 137 male subjects aged 7 to 10 years. Each performance of the subjects was recorded with a video camera and then the presence of performance criteria were registered through predefined qualitative -biomechanical patterns for performance in movement. The data shows that although there was a monotonous increasing trend in the average score in each skill, statistically significant difference was determined in 8 motor skills. Statistically significant difference was determined in the average total score of achievements in locomotor and manipulative skills. In each of the skills the most difficult and the easiest performance criteria were determined. The data indicates a low level of development of the fundamental motor skills that could be attributed to the interaction between the factors individual-environmenttask, especially emphasizing the influence of the environmental factor.

    Changes of the maximal strength potential of the flexor muscles in the elbow joint after six weeks of programmed workout with standard and modified repetitive efforts done by the students of the Faculty for Physical Culture in Skopje
    (Faculty of physical education, 2008-05)
    The research analyses the changes of the maximal strength potential of the muscles flexors in the elbow joint, as well as the anthropometric measures and bio-mechanic variable covered by the work programme. The conducted workout programme was of longitude character, with time duration of six weeks and two time zones for control of the changes. The same was conducted on 51 students of the Faculty of Physical Culture in Skopje. The students were divided into three experimental groups (previously homogenized), who had tasks to conduct work strength exercises at the Scot’s bench, for the included muscles, with individual outer weight (dumbbell). Each of the groups practices various performance methods of the muscles’ contractions. The first experimental group have worked according to the matrix exercise method. The second experimental group have worked with shortened amplitude in the elbow joint, in the zone from the semi flexion to the maximal flexion and vice versa. The third group assignment was also to work with the shortened amplitudes in the elbow joint, however performed in a manner of maximal extension up to the semi flexion and vice versa. The analysis and the statistical processing of the results (ANOVA/MANOVA) have shown positive changes in the maximal strength capacities within the participants from all three experimental groups. Non-existence of the differences in the results gained by the transversal check (control and final testing), have presented similar behaviour of the strengths capacities of the respondents in each of the groups, although they all have worked under different model of movement performance in the elbow joint. The findings support the transformation programmes of the human performance abilities and are directly focused towards the modification of the strength component.

    COMPARISON OF CHANGES IN THE MUSCLE STRENGTH POTENTIAL OF ELBOW FLEXORS AND EXTENSORS IN ADOLESCENTS FOLLOWING A SIX-WEEK PROGRAMMED EXERCISE WITH MODIFIED REPETITIVE MUSCLE LOADS
    (Faculty of physical education, 2012-12)
    The research analyses and compares the changes of the maximum strength potential, isokinetic parameters and measures for anthropometric indicators realised in accordance with standard methods and echo sonography, between flexor muscles and extensor muscles, as well as the genetic predisposition for strength capacity development of the subjects. The experimental procedure included 21 subjects, divided into 3 experimental groups, pilot research homogenised. Individually focused programme for maximum strength capacity was realised, through exercises on Scott bench for the elbow flexor and extensor muscles during a 6-week period. The first group worked in a classic method, loading the muscle tissue along the entire elbow amplitude. The second group worked in an elbow reduced contractions methods in conditions when the muscle tissue exhibits maximum load. The third group also worked in a reduced contractions method, but in conditions when the muscle tissue can endure maximal external load. Statistical analysis showed positive effects of the experimental programme for transformation of the maximal strength capacity for both muscle parties in the three experimental groups. Data obtained from the three control points speak of similar tendency of the three experimental groups, although the subjects carried out different tasks. The elbow flexor and extensor muscle groups endured similar strength capacities transformation. The hypothesis on the association of strength capacities with the ACTN3 genotype was not confirmed from the muscle tissue genetic dominance analysis.

    Alpine climbing as a sport
    (Center for physical education at Faculty of physical education, Skopje, 2009)
    Most frequent explanation about alpinism and believes that it is not a sport is coming from the directions and thoughts that believe in the following paradigm “within alpinism there is no agonism”. Alpinism is an activity where individual person is left on his own to overtake the obstacle, to be more precise to climb the rock or the mountain. There is no other person or subject in general to compete with. Defining the physical activities through the terms of sport and recreation means, putting some borders of the meaning of these activities. Definitions should follow the contemporary thoughts and news as well as the new directions. Bordering, by its meaning, is losing a freedom, and especially for the activities that would be not at all productive.
