Item type:Publication, ТИМОС ИЛИ ЛОГОС (критичкиот скалпел на либералната свест и етнократската идеологија на варварогениот)(Univerzitet Crne Gore – Filozofski fakultet, Nikšić, 2011)Banovikj-Markovska, AngelinaIn an essay Timos or Logos (critical scalpel of liberal consciousness and ethnocratic barbarians ideology), Angelina Banović Markovska does not address the issue of ideology (which is actually the subject of engaging literature and criticism), but the ideological facts on the social, intellectual and cultural scene projected conflicting interests. They discover that among the anonymous force of political power (its centers of power) and the spiritual, cultural and intellectual aspirations of intellectuals (the victims of that political system), there is an obvious antagonism. But he hides a paradox. Namely, to preserve its independence, an individual must - according to the conventions, norms and laws governing ideology- demonstrate its diversity and thereby ensure social survival, despite the madness of the governments in power structures. How? By ethical responses to different types of violence (intellectual, political, ideological, psychological), which aims to break the moral integrity of persons seeking political justice and place under the sun, a specific existential situation lived in the figure and work of Danilo Kiš. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

Item type:Publication, Јужнославистиката како интеракадемски предизвик и нова културна парадигма(Национално издателство за образование и наука „Аз-буки“, 2019)Banovikj-Markovska, AngelinaThis paper addresses the perspectives of the South Slavic interlingual and intercultural community, as a regional semiosphere and an interacademic / interuniversity challenge within the European polycultural and polydiscursive space. The awareness of the similarities between South Slavic languages, literatures and Cultures, their mutual insights, recognition and acknowledgments could be an alternative challenge in the revitalization of neglected relations between universities and a new cultural paradigm that strives for a »regional pluralism« with a polycentric and diverse structure. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Item type:Publication, ИСТОРИЈА VS МЕМОРИЈА: деконструирана документарност или плурализирана вистина(Институт за литература, 2010)Banovikj-Markovska, AngelinaDeconstructive approach to history and memory in this essay reveals the dialog relation between the objective character of historic materials and imaginary character of fictional discourse in the works of four south-slavonian writers: Danilo Kiš, Milorad Pavić, Slavko Janevski and Venko Andonovski. When admitting the similarities between the historic and literary description of reality, or more precisely, between the memory and identity, author of this essay understood very clearly that writing is actually narration of the past, conceptual editing of the events through the language, interchangeable recording of historic, cultural and literature codes and citations, that the text is, in a way, cryptogram which at the same time reveals and hides something, it plays with the potential meanings, with nominations and reservations. And this does not only imply talks of the Others, but also reaction of the silence. This is actually, where everything begins: understanding and lack of understanding between the nations and cultures that provoke own Memory, thus writing the world History. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Item type:Publication, NO MAN’S LAND ИЛИ КОСМОПОЛИТИЗАМ БЕЗ КОРЕНИ(Институт за македонска литература, 2008)Banovikj-Markovska, AngelinaIn this article I will be dealing with a specific type of banishment (escape, to be more precise), inspired by a subtle condition of the spirit wich Gilles Deleuze defined as 'psychic nomadism', and Hakim Bey mockingly termed 'cosmopolitisam without roots'. Both terms are related to the homonym 'no man’s land', in wich Jean-François Lyotard recognized the secret area of our escape, where we go frim time to time, although some of us prefer to do it very often. It is by no means a geopolitical phenomenon (as a matter of fact, I have no intentions of adding political connotations to my exposé), although it is obvious that the three terms are united under a common denominator which is manifested as a resistance toward the institutions of the system.
