Item type:Publication, Колективната и индивидуалната (пост)меморија во хетеро и автоперцепциите на идентитетот („Витезот и Византијката“ од Кица Колбе)(Институт за македонска литература, 2022)Kica Kolbe's latest novel, The Knight and The Byzantine Girl (2020), confronts us with the phenomenon of the post-generational past, but not only as a psychological, but also as an ontological dominant. Placing it in a cause-and-effect relationship, on the one hand as a stereotypical hetero and self-perception of identity, and on the other hand as an individual trauma through which the main protagonist of this novel goes, Kolbe draws the basic plot line retrospectively. Following the transmission of the collective and individual conception of East and West, of humanistic and biogenetic ethics, Kolbe's novel is based on a debating dialogue between the Knight, Daniel Kluge (of German descent), and the Byzantine Girl Natalia Polenak (of Balkan descent). If to this is added the (post)memory syndrome characteristic of the Byzantine Girl, then the reason for her schizophrenic schism is clear, as a personal crisis of identity that opens the front against the mentioned Knight... - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Item type:Publication, Политичката идеологија на македонската емиграција во Санкт Петербург 1913 во контекст на современата епистема(МАКЕДОНСКА АКАДЕМИЈА НА НАУКИТЕ И УМЕТНОСТИТЕ, 2023)Banovikj-Markovska, AngelinaThe topic of the essay is the testimonial discourse of the two Memoranda for the independence of Macedonia, published by the members of the Macedonian Scientific and Literary Society in St. Petersburg, 1913. Interpreted from the perspective of the contemporary episteme, these strategic documents sublimate the Macedonian scientific, cultural and national thought. They represent, on the one hand, a legitimate legal act with which a group of intellectuals promotes their ideology (a legal-political doctrine with a dominant ethno-cultural matrix and a system of values that reflects the developments in the years before and after the First Balkan War), and, on the other, they represent a diplomatic testimony of the efforts of the Macedonian emigration in Russia to lay the foundations of an unofficial foreign policy. Their interpretation also aims to show that, apart from the sound of the anamnesis, one should also listen to the muffled echo of its silence which, defying historical amnesia, constantly refreshes the nation's cultural memory. Therefore, even though they were written eleven decades ago, the memoranda texts for the independence of Macedonia from 1913 are at the same time meta-testimonies for the moral dilemmas faced by Macedonian historical science today, when interpreting the historical narratives that build the anamnestic infrastructure of the national memory. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

Item type:Publication, БОГОВИ И ЧУДОВИШТА ЗА (НЕ)МИСЛИВОТО ВО ЧОВЕКОВАТА ПРИРОДА(Институт за македонска литература, 2024)Banovikj-Markovska, AngelinaHistory is full of different types of slavery. They may take the form of religious fanaticism or political extremism, but fundamentally they owe their existence to an obsessive and oppressive ideology whose ultimate goal is to rule the world. We are talking about totalitarianism, which bases its dominance on the suggestive abilities of the Leader. His strategies, based on manipulation and violence, create a specific illusion and blind loyalty among the crowds, consolidating his absolute power. In this text, I dwell on two works: the novel Alamut, by the Slovenian writer Vladimir Bartol, and the essayed travel reportage Imperium (The Empire), by the Polish writer and journalist Ryszard Kapuściński. The first successfully shows the power of religious fanaticism in the countries of the Middle East, and the second skillfully illustrates the ideological extremism, specific to the countries of the Eastern Bloc, but both evoke direct associations of a timeless reign of terror which, with the consistency of its ideological matrix and the application of force simply controls people by turning them into bloodsuckers and victims. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

Item type:Publication, ТИМОС ИЛИ ЛОГОС (критичкиот скалпел на либералната свест и етнократската идеологија на варварогениот)(Univerzitet Crne Gore – Filozofski fakultet, Nikšić, 2011)Banovikj-Markovska, AngelinaIn an essay Timos or Logos (critical scalpel of liberal consciousness and ethnocratic barbarians ideology), Angelina Banović Markovska does not address the issue of ideology (which is actually the subject of engaging literature and criticism), but the ideological facts on the social, intellectual and cultural scene projected conflicting interests. They discover that among the anonymous force of political power (its centers of power) and the spiritual, cultural and intellectual aspirations of intellectuals (the victims of that political system), there is an obvious antagonism. But he hides a paradox. Namely, to preserve its independence, an individual must - according to the conventions, norms and laws governing ideology- demonstrate its diversity and thereby ensure social survival, despite the madness of the governments in power structures. How? By ethical responses to different types of violence (intellectual, political, ideological, psychological), which aims to break the moral integrity of persons seeking political justice and place under the sun, a specific existential situation lived in the figure and work of Danilo Kiš. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
