Abstract
In a world of constant technological development, education is to be thanked for individuals being able to comfortably communicate with each other. In order to provide a better living, communities are required to compare their educational system with the one in other countries and to continuously improve. Each country must develop its educational system so that it complies with the contemporary development of the community. For such a development, it has to analyze the education policy and develop an approach towards education. Before we compare the education system with that of other countries, we are going to examine the development of education in Turkish. In this regard, my aim is to compare the similarities between programs and appropriate training programs, to reveal differences and reach into the factors affecting the system. The development of the education in the Republic of Macedonia since 1945 showed how crucial it is for the development and progression of the education in Turkish.
