The paper is focusing on reflecting the variety of secularism as a boundless concept. Secularism today has no limits, although it is itself limited as an ideology. Present in the system of international relations in the modern world, it is considered as an incorporated part in the synonyms of democracy. Throughout its historical development, the liberal concept experienced many ups and downs, although its influence on a conceptual level remained dominant, for a sole reason because the freedom, intelligence and the individuality emphasized by the liberal thought are in themselves specific and permanent. On the other hand, the form of liberalism as the voice of anti-Church is continuously present, incorporated in the social and democratic system of the states. In that regard, ideological actions against everything that has something to do with the faith are always present. This confirms the fact that secularism produces atheism, based on liberal elements.en_US
