The Parоusias appear as a result of the faith of the Christians in eternal life and the need of the deceased members of the Church for the prayers of its living members. As in most major church and monastery centers, so in the Slepce Monastery - St. John the Baptist and the Monastery of St. Prechista Kicevo (Immaculate Holy Mother of God), many believers who were coming, asked for the names of their relatives and acquaintances to be written in these parousias. This is how the Parousias of these two monasteries appeared. These manuscripts offer significant information in various scientific fields: theology, linguistics, literature, history, etc. In particular, the linguistic and literary analysis of the Parusias certainly leads to a great deal of information about the language in which these Parusias were written, and especially about the onomastics in the respective period and the respective area from which they originated.en_US
