| dc.description.abstract | By digitizing books, the libraries provide open access to their collections for as many users as possible. As the needs of the users increase (the scientific researchers, the students and the collaborators, the libraries of the scientific institutions strive to expand their funds with literary material in digital form and to offer new services for this type of literary material. This paper deals mainly with digitization of the publications of the Institute of Macedonian Literature (IML) through the e-project Digital Library (www.e-biblioteka.mk) and the website of the scientific journal Spectar (www.spektar.edu.mk). IML websites are aimed at providing unhindered access to scientific papers, their preservation and readability of documents with search options according to multiple criteria with the ultimate goal of their greater usability and citation. | en_US |
