Results: The results in our population study showed similarities in frequencies of palmar patterns data of all groups. Macedonians were with more closer patterns with Albanians and more different ones compared to Roma examinees. These findings count for both sexes. Conclusion: Variability of some patterns in different nationalities have been presented Palmar patterns are more specific for determining differencies between ethnical groups than plantar patterns in population studies.
