Abstract: The subject of research of this doctorate dissertation is the entrepreneurial culture. When we speak about entrepreneurial culture, we actually talk about the economic culture of certain country, whose main determinants are: economic dynamism, innovations, the capacity for innovation and successful commercialization, personal initiative and creativity, entrepreneurial learning, economic entrepreneurial capacity and high entrepreneurial awareness. The present doctoral dissertation focuses on an overall analysis of the global entrepreneurial flow in the world, and draws parallels between the experiences of developing entrepreneurial culture in various, especially high-developed countries, with special emphasis on the USA and EU countries. Moreover, private research was done in order to establish the level of entrepreneurial culture in our country and the need for entrepreneurial learning. The results from the analysis and the private research only confirmed that the entrepreneurial culture is what makes one nation entrepreneurial, or what in the economy literature is perceived as entrepreneurial society. The research shows that the process of entrepreneurial culture dissemination in the Republic of Macedonia has already started, but for the purpose of faster adjustment of our country to the European standards, this process needs to move at a faster pace and on several levels at the same time. That is why, our guidelines and recommendations are directed towards undertaking simultaneous, parallel efforts on tree levels: environmental level – by constantly improving the entrepreneurial climate and economic entrepreneurial capital, as well as, increasing the public awareness; organizational level - by increasing the capacity of the SMEs for innovation and capabilities for commercialization; individual level – by improving the personal entrepreneurial knowledge and skills trough dissemination of entrepreneurial learning on all social levels.
