Abstract
Özet
Bir insan toplumunun oluşumunu amaçlayan eğilimlerin yalnız
ahlaki, siyasi veya dini bakımdan değil, aynı zamanda eğitim, ilmi
gerçek açısından değerlendirmek gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Bireyin
ve topluluğun bütün ifade şekillerinde insanların daima toplum
meselesini göz önüne alarak nasıl hareket ettiklerini görürüz. Hiç
kimse bu çerçevenin dışına çıkamaz, insanın hareket tarzı, onun
gerçek aynasıdır. Hayatta karşılaşılan problemlerin doğru çözümleri,
toplum göz önüne almadığı için gerçekleşemezse, bundan dolayı
yanlış bir şekilde davranışta bulunacak bir kimse insanlar arasındaki
ilişkilerde çatışmalarla karşılaşacaktır. Toplumun faydası diye
adlandırdığımız şey başkaları ile olan sıkı bağlılığından başka bir şey
değildir. Değer hissi, "bütün" ile olan sıkı bağlılıktan ve zamanın
çalışmalarına katılmaktan ileri gelir. İnsan olmak demek yalnız sözün
gelişi kullanılmış bir ifade değildir; insan olmak aynı zamanda
"bütün"ün bir parçası olmaktır. Kendisini "bütün"ün bir parçası olarak
hissetmektir.
Son yıllarda dünyada çok hızlı bir değişimin olduğu, gerçekleştirilen
yeniliklerin toplumsal, siyasal ve ekonomik alanda etkisini gösterdiği
gözlemlenmektedir. Örneğin bilginin toplanması, işlenmesi, aktarılması,
kullanılması ve yeni bilgi üretimine yönelik her alanda bilgi ve
iletişim (bilişim) teknolojisinde değişimlerin yaşandığı yeni bir
dönemin içerisinde yaşıyoruz. Her geçen gün bilgi dağarcığının arttığı
günümüzde, eğitim sisteminin sorunlarını çözmeye yönelik yeni
anlayışlar kazanabilmek amacıyla kullanılan yöntem ve tekniklerin
incelenmesinin yararlı olduğu düşünülmektedir. Okulda, öğretim
hizmetinin gerçekleştirilmesi sürecinde, öğrencilerin bilgiyi nasıl
elde edecekleri konusunda öğretmen ve öğrencilerin izleyecekleri
yöntem ve tekniklerin önemi kuşkusuz tartışılmaz.
I believe that leanings targeting at the construction of a human
community should be assessed not only in terms of moral, political or
spiritual aspect, but also in terms of education and science. In all
forms of public and self-expression, we perceive how people behave
by just bearing in mind the issue of society. No one can get out of this
frame, human’s course of action is their reflection. If proper solutions
to problems met in a lifetime cannot be accomplished, just because
society doesn’t address them, subsequently a person acting wrongfully
will meet conflicts in human relations. The thing named as social
utility is nothing but a close attachment to others. The sense of worth
arises from a firm adherence to the “whole” and participation in the
work of time. To be human isn’t just a supposed saying to be human
means being part of the “whole”. It is the feeling of oneself as part of
the “whole”
Over the recent years a dramatic change in the world has been
noted, and that the novelties produced have exerted influence over
the social, political and economic fields. For instance, living in a new
era of which changes are witnessed in information and communication
(information) technology in all aspects related to the collection, processing, transfer use and production of new information. In this day
and age where knowledge is growing on a daily basis it is assumed
that reviewing the methods and techniques used in order to obtain
new insight for resolving the problems of the education system is advantageous. The significance of the methods and techniques that
teachers and students are going to follow in the context of how
students will acquire knowledge on the point of realizing the teaching
service at school is unquestionably indisputable.
