Abstract
This doctorial thesis describes management with mineral resources, because today, in spite of technical, technologic development, science have not find synthetically substitute of mineral raw materials. Mineral resources provide us with special goods, they are: unique, non recoverable, given ones for ever from nature, and not depending of human will. Globally, they are on the end of his exploitation live. They become mass useful, day by day. As a result of that: production become international. On the metal market, in future is expecting to have big demand, insufficient supply, and growing price for mineral products. The market is turbulent, complex, and managing with mineral resources was, is, and will be important for risks optimization. Management with mineral resources have task to make complex definition of mission, vision, and tasks of production, but not only to make profits with bigger economy and efficiency, but to provide sustainable development, ecology protection on permit level of rigorous standards for ecology protection, on the basic of bigger prediction of future events, specially on global market of metals. The Republic of Macedonia,as other national economies, finding competitive advantages only in management with mineral resources,in a situation when is not problem to produce,but is a problem to find some one who is willing to pay. I pickup from different sources and collect relevant data. Gave graphics, pictures for: production, mine reserves, working live of mines etc, as a base for creating future growing strategies, developing predictions for management of mineral resources for sustainable development and operating on a global aspect.
