Abstract
Binocular sight is researched in 20 patients with intermittent divergent strabismus before and after the surgical treat-ment. Researched group is on age of 7-19 years of age. Post operationally they are followed 1-15 years. Binocular sight is evaluated trough: retinal correspondence, fusion and stereoscopicall sight. For examination of retinal correspondence are used standard methods, examination of synchrony fusion with sinaptofor, and stereoscopicall sight with TNO and Lang. II.
Pre-operational there is duality of retinal correspondence. In faze of control of strabismus there is fusion, but with very small amplitude, as well as stereoscopic sight with bad quality. Post-operational in all the patients, ewan in the older existence of normal retinal correspondence with presence of fusion and stereoscopy woos found.
Sacs good results on binocular sights are due to late manifestation of this strabismus as well as duality in retinal correspondence that is present before the surgical act.
