Abstract
We present a 43 year old male with a rare congenital hand malformation, radial border polydactyly-supernumerary double right handed thumb. Usually operated in childhood, but in this case we have an elder patient, with no functional impairment of the digit excess, but esthetic. Form examinations we`ve made an X-ray and clinical investigation. It seemed that this supernumerary finger has its own anatomical completeness. Operation was performed in block anesthesia of brachial plexus. The operative findings were in accordance with the clinical assessment> separate flexor and extensor tendons and their attachments as well as neurovascular bundles. The postoperative findings completely matched with the X-ray control.
