Abstract
The producers’associationsof organic production are facingserious problems in performance and continuous presenceon the market.Total quality management(TQM)has provenvery valuable to companies and organizations as a way to improve the organization of the work. This paper attempts to answer the question how TQM can help in organizing and working of producers’ associations of organic production. Specifically, the paper analyze show the benchmarking method contributes to smooth applicability of TQM in the organization and working of producers’ associationsof organic production.
