Abstract
Leiomyomas are uterine mesenchymal benign tumors derived from smooth muscle cells . These tumors are the most common neoplasm of the uterus. Diagnosis of STUMP is clinically difficult and definite diagnosis can be confirmed after surgery (total abdominal hysterectomy with or without salpingo-oophorectomy).
