КИРИЛ И МЕТОДИЈ“ ФИЛОЛОШКИ ФАКУЛТЕТ „БЛАЖЕ КОНЕСКИ“ – СКОПЈЕ, 2022)Chupeska, AnaThe work is dedicated to issues related to the language exclusivism and/or (de)exclusivism. This because, in various states around the world this often can become a political hot topics. Indeed, linguistic claims asked by different cultural groups living under the same political sky are not something new having in mind the fact that societies are not culturally homogenous ( at societal level there are many particular identity ascriptions determined by the culture, language, religion, lifestyle, etc.). In accordance to the social fact of multiculturality, some of the countries are applying adequate language policies with intention to reflect exactly on such fact of multiculturality. That with the purpose to satisfy and enable ethnocultural justice. To the contrary, in other countries - this is not the case. Here I will try to reflect on the theoretical and practical aspects related to above mentioned issued, related to Macedonian language (de)exclusivism. Particularly, I argue that with the OFA, the Macedonian state successfully de-exclusives the language policies and leaves room for affirmation of non-majority languages to be present in the public sphere. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Item type:Publication, CONFERENCE BOOK : 45 YEARS HIGHER EDUCATION IN THE AREA OF SECURITY – EDUCATIONAL CHALLENGES AND SECURITY PERSPECTIVES,(University “St. Kliment Ohridski”- Bitola & Faculty of Security- Skopje, 2022)Chupeska, AnaThis article will reflect on specific form of populist pollical mobilsation, and that is ethno- populism (in line with Janne, Stavrikasis, Mudde) firstly, via addressing its triggers such as prolonged crises initiated by recent pandemic with covid 19 and Russian invasion over Ukraine. Secondly, both global distortions have raised a question of ethno-populist movements around the globe, for which there are many prominent examples that can serve to demonstrate the case in point : from Donald Trump naming the “China virus”, to Putin’s preoccupation with denazification, as well as many other nationalist acters that have taken an ethno-populist form. Consequently, I will discuss the ethno-populist glare in case of North Macedonia possible security related risks. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

Имено, во хрестоматијата неколку афирмирани и референтни автори ќе дадат свој поглед кон придобивките и проблемите поврзани со темите погоре, а во една благородна намера да се придонесе во збогатувањето на современата научна дебата, но и популарната размена на мислења. Item type:Publication, CONTEMPORARY MACEDONIAN DEFENCE : ENCOUNTERING THE MACEDONIAN DEMOCRATIC DISCONTINUITY: POLITICAL SUBJECTIVITY IN TIMES OF CRISIS(Министерство за одбрана на Република Северна Македонија, 2020)Chupeska, AnaThis article reflects on recent Macedonian political history (2014-2017). During this period of time Macedonia was experiencing its hardest political, institutional and legal crisis since its independence. Moreover, twice it was even dithering on the edge of a security crisis. In other words, the degenerative Macedonian democratic discontinuity, for which the country got the attribute as a captured state, at one point, was revealed in a form of severe systemic distortion. On the other hand, the prolonged crisis [3 years] had its functional component as well, as it left enough room for provoking, mobilizing and articulating a genuine supra-religious, suprapartisan, supra-ethnic civil resistance movement against the democratic discontinuity. That is in essence related to the massive student protests [Students Plenum] which will be conjoined with other resisting groups building together a common political subjectivity via The Colorful Revolution. As a new element in the Macedonian political culture, the contestatory engagements, have not only helped in overthrowing the government, but have led to serious interventions in the Macedonian political system, as the Przino Agremment, stipulates the institutional novelties: The Special Prosecutor’s Office and The Pre-Electoral Technical Government. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

Воедно, поудени се предивиците во врска со неговата работа , како и соодветни преопраки за понатамошната работа, со оглед на неговата огромна важност, а и актуленост врзана за потребата од донесување на уставните измени кои произлгиуваат од преговарачката рамка за РСМ со ЕУ, низ сетот на копенхашките критериуми
