Abstract: One of the most important factors that influence the development level of economy, society and policy is education. Today people can easy relate economic development with level of education. The purpose of the study is to stress the importance of education on economy and development. Societies establish a relationship between the increase of education level and productivity and believe that people make some contribution to his society proportional to the education they received. The thought of the more people are educated, the more they contribute to the society spreads. Education is the basis of economical development. The purpose of the education is to meet the requirements of both the country and the people. It is admitted that quality level of educational activities has an influence on the quality of economic, social, political and cultural development of the society. Scientific researches reveal that there is a linear relationship among economic growth, political and social development which are components of development. Rapid change of production technologies caused the importance of the education increase. As a result, need of investing in information emerged. The aim of education is to meet needs and requirements not only of the nation but also the people. As the education level of the Macedonian population with its economic indicators is compared to data of advanced countries, it is determined that economic and social indicators of R.Macedonian is not close to advanced countries average. It is important for R.Macedonian to increase the education level by taking the necessary precautions for development.
