Item type:Publication, Strengthening the Pre-Service Teacher Training System in a Multi-Ethnic Society(Credo, Ltd., 2018) ;Gulevska, Valentina; ;Jovanova Mitkovska, Snežana ;Ademi, LulzimMakaševska, VesnaIntroduction. The difference which nature has placed between one man and another is so wide. Also, the difference which comes by religion, cultural habits and similar elements in the human life can be further enlarged by education. During the last ten years, interethnic relations in Macedonian educational system become central topic for the activity of educational policy makers. In that line, the novelty of this research lies in the designing of student practicum by making cross-cultural contacts in the sphere of education. Methods. Macedonian government's programs and legal framework promote interethnic communication, but implementation of principles as respect, tolerance, and acceptance in the school life still is reduced only on using different languages of ethnic communities in teaching process. At the same time, appears the need to enhancing teachers' capacities for work in a multicultural environment and ensuring all children receive a high-quality education. Results. The results of the research show that informal education activities can encourage a thinking process as intellectual instrument for extermination prejudices related interethnic communication through the closer contact and interaction between the students, teachers and parents in the school environment. Discussion. It is certainly very difficult to set balancing between variety of behaviours, dictated by the presumed needs of specific cultures, religions and beliefs, but the classroom should be common home for all students and the teacher should know to manage such relationship. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

Item type:Publication, The role of digital games in children's life(Centre for Evaluation in Education and Science (CEON/CEES), 2019) ;Rajić, StajkaStarting from the questions to what extent children use digital games and for what purposes as well as whether teachers play a role in the creation and presentation of different teaching content by using digital games, a survey was conducted with pupils of the third and fourth grades of primary school in the Republic of Serbia. The research involved three hundred and eight students from two private and four state primary schools. The results show that 100% of the respondents confirm that they play digital games, mostly for the purpose of entertainment and recreation, but also for understanding and observing a new educational content. The results of the survey also showed that there is a significant difference in the level of using digital games in public and private schools. Examining students’ attitudes towards the use of digital games in teaching indicates that children are highly motivated to master educational content through digital games. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Item type:Publication, The Issue of the Didactic Aspect of the Activity of Play(EUSER, 2017)The application of the activity of play for educational purposes has caused heated debates among the scientific audience. The content of the didactic games is mainly determined by the program, thus it takes up the shape of a task that should be solved. What is of great significance are the rules that the pupils should follow in order to achieve the desired goal, which is in fact solving the task and finishing the game. In every didactic game, there is the expected result, which on the one hand carries the feeling of satisfaction from the achieved success, while on the other hand, represents a marker of the degree of development. In the orientation of the didactic games, two extremes can be differentiated: The child’s development is left fully to the children’s spontaneous activities, which are most often the children’s self-created games; Didactization of games – its complete transformation and inclination towards strictly directed and previously established educational goals. Hence, the question posed regards whether the activity of game can be freed from its didactic aspect or whether it can be interpreted more freely, in the holistic spirit of contemporary pedagogy. The subject of research in this work is directed towards the didactic aspect of the activity of play. The methods and techniques that were applied are the following: the method of analysis, the inductive, descriptive and the method of generalization, as well as the techniques of analysis of pedagogical documentation, observation and surveying. On the basis of the received results, it can be concluded that: The professional readiness of the teachers is of vital importance to the organization and the realization of the activities of play; Equivalents of the teaching programs are necessary for the realization of the activity of play in the first educational cycle; There is a need for respect towards children’s interests, needs and previous knowledge as the foundation in the didactic-methodic preparation of the activity of play; There is need for creating a contemporary concept of didactic materials that shall be applied in the realization of the activity of play. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

Item type:Publication, The Conceptual and Systematic Setting of the Practical Teaching in the Republic of Macedonia (Model and Experiences)(The Association for the Development of Science, Engineering and Education, Serbia, 2014); ; Improving the quality of the practical teaching in recent years has gained greater significance among all the included parties of all the levels in the educational process. Consequently, this issue has been approached from several aspects in regards to the con-stitution of the conceptual, systematic, structural, and content physiognomy in the organization and conduct of the process of practical teaching. The successive-ness in setting the research and its complete theoretical foundation starts with setting up a model for practical teaching, in which all the relative factors from the three educational subsystems simultaneously and actively help to develop it. This initiation is completed through the provision of educational support, and realization with a high level of activity, all in all accompanied by a con-tinuous follow-up of the model. The action character of the research represents continual movement in the direction of changes, additions, revisions, and expansions, approached through analysis of the acquired knowledge, developed competences, and relevant viewpoints of the included interested parties. Due to the universality of the basic pedagogical concept for practical teaching, which is applied in this research, one of the ideas that the research-ers had been for it to become a generator, i.e. a specific example for support of practical teaching in higher edu-cation through the development of various profiles. It primarily refers to that category of students who in the future will choose whether they want to work as kinder-garten teachers, primary or secondary school teachers, or school pedagogues, in different levels of education.
