Abstract: Abstract: Language is the main factor that creates and strengthens the relationship between individual and culture, or rather, it can be expressed as a common bond. North Macedonia became a region where the maps were redrawn, changing from the colorfulness offered by the Ottoman Empire to colorless or confusing. As for the Turks living in the Republic of North Macedonia, as the true heirs of the Ottoman-Turkish culture, they are not content with preserving their national identity, language, literature and culture and carrying them to the present day, they play the role of a bridge in the development of all- round relations between the two countries. Turcologist Annemaria Von Gbain (1901-1993), “Turcology is a profession for foreigners and a national duty for Turks.” Dealing with Turkish is a national duty for us Turks. The Skopje Turkish Language and Literature section of North Macedonia has a significant place for the Turks of North Macedonia. After 2001, with the political change in Macedonia, job opportunities were opened to Turks. Today, our students who graduate from this Department work at every stage of the state, in every institution, in every city and village.
