Water supply system without tank is almost non-existent, because the main purpose of the tank is to balance the consumption with the inflow of water. In exceptional cases, according to the theoretical settings, when the capacity of the water spring is greater than the maximum pick hour consumption of water, it is not necessary to build/predict a tank. However, in such systems, the boundary condition that ensures water consumption is a water spring that supplies the population with water by gravity, while these springs have a significantly higher capacity than water consumption so the users together with the managers of the system are misled that there is no need to worry about water consumption, all this is so until the consumption of water does not exceed the capacity of the source, what is realistic to expect in the future due to the increasing impacts of climate change on the capacities of the water springs. The aim of this paper is to analyze the total water consumption with special attention to the total water losses in the water supply network through a hydraulic analysis of a water supply system without a tank whereby, as a Case study, the water supply system of the city of Gostivar in Macedonia is analyzeden_US
