In some systems failures do not occur suddenly, but they are a result of accumulation of a sequence of many gradual failures. In this paper we consider systems with equal gradual failures in which it is supposed that all failures can be repaired with same probability. We present a reliability model for this type of systems, calculate the reliability functions and give a simulation with Matematica.en_US
