Abstract
Wearable biosensors that measure ECG, used in time critical situations of mass casualties, when fast triage procedure must be
accomplished, might not support heart rate (HR) and respiratory rate
(RR) measurement. These parameters can be calculated using the ECG
signal. In this paper we are exploring the use of Python libraries by validating the correlation between the HR and RR calculated from an ECG
signal and the measured HR and RR for the same patients, at the same
time. The correlation for HR is 0.9, but the RR correlation is very low.
Another part of the paper elaborates the importance of the data quality.
