dc.description.abstract | The sports management represents basic force in providing flawless functioning of the overall sports organizations systems. It provides material and financial means, it creates conditions for higher achievements, it creates selection systems for human resources, it provides high level of professional-scientific work, where the factors that lead to success are well known, it creates legal framework for trade economy, and it also creates professionalization and commercialization in sports clubs. In this scientific-research project are included the sports management functions: planning, organization and control, as well as the peculiarities of the managers and the sport itself. It scrutinizes 82 managers from Macedonia, defined as sports games (football, basketball, handball and volleyball) and 8 managers from their federations. The selection of from this sample of penal group can be defined as active and prominent sports managers, entitled with the management functions in sports clubs and federations in Macedonia. This research project includes two systems of variables – predictive and criteria. The sample of the examined predictive variables is characterized as indicators of the sports management. In this research project is used system of 28 predictive variables of the sports management, system of 15 variables which derive from the operative managers, as well as system of 9 predictive variables which derive from the federations. In the listed systems as criteria variables are used the achieved results of the sports clubs and federations. The used indicators come out from the structure of the sports management which can be objectively measured and valued. Such method removes every possibility for risk occurrence or subjectivity during the interviews or subjectivity during the interview with the prominent and operative managers. From the achieved research results gained with factor analysis, the factors have been isolated, and with regressive analysis the influence of the treated indicators on the teams’ success has been established. At the same time, with the regression of the method step by step and with regression in latent space the most important indicators and factor are isolated, based on which is determined and proposed the model of a top and operative manager. With the non parametric correlation is created the model of federation. | en_US |
