The new form of general human ethics can be regarded as principled ethics of peace. This means that peace can be viewed as a general normative attitude and demand (i.e., as ordered moral value), as a moral psychological knowledge (inspired by life's difficulties and the existing warning and violence) and as a political tendency (as an expression of shared human objectives). However, all this is not enough for true ethics of peace. To truly be a versatile and efficient, ethics of peace should be based axiological, in another words, peace to be the top of the axiological system, from which will run the other ethical values and concrete norms of the overall behavior. Only then the noble ideas of peace and its life necessity would be united and peace will be almost universally attainable. To achieve this goal it requires practical realization of the three dimensions of ethical construction and moral maintaining of the peace and stability. It is about the issues of structural dimension, relational dimension and personal dimension of peace, which talks about discovery and application of ethical values embedded in peace to his axiological foundation and maintenance of stability.en_US
