dc.description.abstractThis paper presents the design of bicycle plastic bottle holder and some technological producing aspects. The model of plastic bottle holder is made in three dimensional (3D) parametric software SolidWorks and virtual testing was used in order to determine the design and technological anomalies and defects. The plastic part was analysed and virtually tested by using module SolidWorks Plastic and was made mold tool design. From the virtual testing were defined the most suitable injection location, material temperature and pressure at end of fill for injection and were predicted the fill time, weld lines and air trap.en_US
