Having knowledge on which basis it can diagnose and then prescribe a remedy that would beat the disease, the doctor in the past, and also to this day, it gets if not "divine", then surely paternalistic role. But in modern society marked by the possibility of a pluralist control and action, the pattern of relation doctor - patient has changed significantly seeking to respect the individuality of the patient, his capacity to decide for itself ... and also the rights of a doctor. The author in the text examines the ethical aspects of the modern model of the relation "doctor and patient", their mutual respect not only the physical but the moral integrity, dignity of person, conscience and the right to call of conscience.en_US
