Abstract
The collapse of the socialist systems, as well and the models of the state plan and self-governing economy, opened again the need for re-evaluation and re-valuing of capitalism as an economic model, i.e. its valorization and validation through insisting on external morality of its principles and practices…
… Reviewing the issue on the capital and the economies, we can ask ourselves why today in the world it is talked some much about globalization, what is that globalization like and where does the need for it come from?...
…Firstly, it can be concluded that we must watch over the today global economy and that there is a large number of variant practicing of different capitalistic systems in it, where if looked into their legislative we could find suggestions, different solutions and paths to their adaptation towards the more and more present request which becomes imperative – those to become ethicized to a greater possible extent. Secondly, no matter of the level of economic-social-psychological development of the participants in the economies, it is evident the presence of cognition that the globalization is a need, not as economy of variant markets, but as economy of mutual bargaining, division of the cognition of the mutual market-the world. Thirdly, if we really stop writing recipes, and we don’t overtake practical activity, we are not going to reach the point we have set – Yes, global world! Yes, global economy!
Hence, from here starts the need for ethics of the economy with a front view, i.e. preventive economical ethics. For successful long-term economical development, and also quick regeneration of any economy, we need new appropriate ethical principles and assumptions. The new economical ethics does not play down the initiative and ability for economic activity, entrepreneurship and general for working as a process. Therefore, the dilemma “either success or ethics” is not real. On the contrary, only over strong ethically determined economical relations can be built successful long-term development.
