A comparative analysis of inclusive education policies has been conducted in the member states of the European Union and countries that are not members of the European Union. The goal is to provide a theoretical analysis of the inclusive
education system in Europe. Data is collected from a variety of sources, books, magazines,
and scientific publications. The results show differences in inclusive practices in the various
countries involved in the research. Similarities in the inclusive practices are shown by the countries that are members of the European Union, and in particular, the countries that are not members of the European Union.
