Abstract
The quality of open data remains a global challenge that has room for continuous improvement and advancement. In this research paper, we have designed an application that monitors and addresses the open government data quality issues. This application apart from monitoring attributes, it evaluates data quality for six OGD portals in Western Balkans. It can be easily configured to be extended for other OGD portals that may be the target of data quality evaluation and monitoring. The evaluation of data quality is performed using two different dimensions, each with its own metrics. The application also uses a dashboard for presenting results in visualized form through various graphs that show the performance of each country on a daily and monthly basis.
