Item type:Publication, Force platform - testing and diagnosis in sport and physical activities(Faculty of physical education sport and health, 2017); ; ; Force platform is one of the most used instruments for assessing movements in sports, physical activity and medicine. It is primarily used to measure the ground reaction force. Today, various types of platforms are present in the testing and diagnostics depending on their technical and physical characteristics. Knowledge of its functioning and the ability to understand and interpret the results is crucial for those who use this tool. The text first lists the general and technical characteristics of the platform, and then provides practical examples of its application. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Item type:Publication, Planning of microcycle in football- dosaging of the training load - #2(Faculty of physical education sport and health, 2021-06); ; ;Tasevski Zikica; Brazhanski OgnenIn the process of planning/ modeling training programs, repetitive training periods are used, in the form of cycles (weekly, monthly, annual). This is done in order for the coach to present clearly the idea for the training program, and also to allow the athlete's biorhythm to adapt to the competition’s cycles. When creating a training cycle in football, the components of the training such as intensity, volume, weekly training frequency as well as rest, during and after the training, are always taken into account. We usually talk about the 7-day micro cycle, as the shortest period of planning the training program. This micro cycle can be organised in several variants: in the preparatory period, or in the period of competition, where there can be one or two matches in seven days. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Item type:Publication, CERTAIN RELATIONS BETWEEN MOTORCYCLE TESTS FOR ASSESSMENT OF COORDINATION AND EXPLOSIVE POWER WITH THE MEASURES OF THE SUCCESSFUL PERFOMANCE OF THE GYMNASTIC ELEMENT UPRISE FORWARD TO SUPPORT L-SIT ON RINGS(Faculty of Physical Education, Sports and Health, Sc.Cyril and Methodius University,Skopje, Macedonia, 2023-01); For achieving the objectives of this research, a research procedure was conducted on a sample of 68 respondents, male students from the first year at the age of 18 years +/- 6 m. at the Faculty of Physical Education, Sports and Health in Skopje, Republic of Macedonia. A total of 20 manifest motor variables were applied to the selected sample of respondents, of which twelve (12) for assessment of coordination (coordination of whole body, coordination of legs, coordination of rapid complex movements and reorganization of dynamic stereotype), as well as eight (8) explosive power assessment tests (type of jumps and type of ejection). The evaluation of the technical performance of the gymnastic element uprise forward to support L-sit of the gymnastic equipment rings was performed by 4 qualified judges who are well acquainted with the subject of evaluation. A regression analysis was used to determine the relationships between motor tests to assess coordination of separate body parts and the explosive strength type of jumps and ejection. In the regression analyzes, the tests of coordination and explosive strength were used as a predictor, and the gymnastic element uprise forward to support L-sit of the circles was taken as a criterion. The predictors showed a statistically significant impact on the criterion. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Item type:Publication, The role of fundamental motor skills in children(Faculty of physical education sport and health, 2018); ; ; Basic motor skills appear in children from the earliest age and form the basis for learning and improving other more complex movements in sports and physical activities. These skills include various forms such as movement of certain parts of the body or holding a certain position (non-motor skills), coordinated and fluid movement by displacement of the general centre of mass from one place to another (locomotor skills), and manipulating or directing or guiding a object with his arms or legs, using or without using implement (manipulative skills). - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Item type:Publication, ANALYSIS OF ONTOGENETIC DEVELOPMENT OF THE SCHOOL POPULATION FROM THE PRIMARY SCHOOLS IN THE REPUBLIC N.MACEDONIA(Faculty of Physical Education, Sport and Health, Skopje, 2020-06); ; ; Jana Karsakovska DimitrioskaThe basic subject and purpose of the research is to analyze the ontogenetic development in pupils as they progress and develop year by year in the phase of their physical growth without training, when biological growth decreases, and to use the results as prediction for selection in sport. The anthropometric, motoric, and working abilities of the students from Skopje from the eight grade of primary school have been measured in order to analyze the changes in the children’s organism i.e to determine the value of the differences on the manifestical anthropometric changes, motoric and working tests between the examines from both genders of the same age. The total result of this experiment is to proanalyze the development of the students and to see in which way and how much the biological forms change on their own natrual way, to determine the intepersonal differences between males and females of the same age. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Item type:Publication, Time measuring instruments in sport and physical activities(Faculty of physical education sport and health, Skopje, 2019); ; ; Accurate and precise results in the testing and control of the motor skills of athletes, students, recreants, etc. most depend on the choice of appropriate instruments. Time-measuring instruments are often used to estimate the speed capabilities, which can be from the simplest clock, stopwatch to sophisticated photocells. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Item type:Publication, Strength exercise for football #3 – muscle development (definition, exercises, periodization)(Faculty of physical education sport and health, 2019); ; ;Tasevski ZikicaThe field of strength abilities, has different kinds of specialized trainings, that affect different subfields of the strength. The muscle building (hypertrophy) training is a part of subfield of strength, as well. This training for muscle development is important part of trainings for football game. The muscle building trainings in football, develop competitive players on the pitch. It is also important to develop other parts of strength abilities sub-fields. The muscle building training is most effective within young players after they will enter the maturity. Before the maturity, there will be almost no effects on muscle building body’s mechanisms. It is important to do at least 2 (not more than 3) trainings sessions, because this will be a supplement training in football. According our best practice, the period of competition is good period to implement muscle building training in football. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Item type:Publication, Qualitative diagnosis of football kick,(Faculty of physical education sport and health, 2016); ; ; The assessment of the human movement is not a simple process and is based on certain skills that professionals should possess. Having knowledge of biomechanics, motor development, motor learning, pedagogy and other sciences of kinesiology are the bases for accurate and efficient diagnosis of the movement. The text proposes integrated model of four tasks that should be taken into account when conducting an analysis or diagnosing the human movement, which in this case refers to kicking in soccer. Each of the proposed tasks has its own role in the overall outcome of diagnosing, therefore the neglect or deficiency in one of the tasks reduces the accuracy of qualitative diagnosing in general. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Item type:Publication, Planning / dosaging of the training load - #1(Faculty of physical education sport and health, 2020); ;Brazhanski Ognen; The planning of the training load is closely connected to the physiological processes that are taking place in the human bodies. This process of planning is a dynamic and it should be flexible. During the creation of the load dosing, some variables need to be taken into consideration, such as: intensity of the load, volume of training sessions, repetitions, frequencies of training sessions, day’s off, as well as the period of supercompensation. The entire organization of the long term trainings should be planed trough cycles (micro, meso, macro). The realization of the plan is dynamic and it is prepared for human being, and because od that it should be adaptive, as outputs cannot be predicted 100%. There for one of the most important things in this process of planning is to have proper information about the above mention principles, as well as to be capable of adaptation and have individual approach.
