Item type:Publication, Analiza medijske koncentracije i scene u republici Makedoniji(NVO Civilni forum Nikšić, 2013)Poor a working situation and undifferentiated structure of the media and journalism allows for media workers and journalists more freedom and creativity that they should justify a higher degree of quality culture in his profession, in which the central place has developed a media ethics, deepened and terminology and distinct from the subject of journalistic ethics, and ethics of the public, and thus a higher degree of professionalism, free from economic and political influences. But the reality is very much different – the absence of critical approaches to media content, pressure and fear of one’s own existence contributed to the journalists often samocenzurišu in the interest of keeping their job positions. At the same time, plural media sphere and the creation of market relations and competition, are not automatically contribute to increasing the degree of freedom of expression, articulation and critical public participation of citizens in the political process. Previous contributions to the media scene is constantly exposed to shock, not only criticism from the European Union, but also from other relevant institutions and activists. The media and the journalistic profession are under persistent pressure from political and economic elites, which speaks to media ownership, economic pressures, lack of respect for professional standards and lack of ethics, seem to be the dominant issues in relation to the media situation in the Republic of Macedonia. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

Item type:Publication, Медиумската етика и слободата на изразување - Македонскиот медиумски простор(Правен факултет „Јустинијан I“, Скопје, 2012)When we talk about professional, i.e deontological standards and their real practice in the Macedonian journalism and media, viewed from an ethical aspect, a general conclusion can be conducted that it is very hard to be applied and practiced what is a main democratic characteristic in democratic society – freedom of speech, as one of the central rights, from which existence, or non-existence greatly depends the accomplishment of the other political rights, respectively, the pre-condition for enjoyment of many rights and freedoms enshrined in the European Convention on Human Rights. Especially if taking into account the recent "shocks" in our media space. Yet, the thesis that journalism in Macedonia does not exist, is quite exaggerated, because journalism, without any doubt, is an unavoidable characteristic and part of any democratic society. Indeed, the degree of democratization of the relations inside one society, it can be measured through the development and freedom of journalism. Hence, saying that journalism in Macedonia is in very bad condition, we already gives a very realistic statement and facts that can be validated in the Macedonian media space. Why is that so and how can the situation be improved? How did we came to this unbearable situation? The text deals with the ethical analysis of the main causes for this situation of freedom of speech in the media space in R. Macedonia, trying to answer the question "what kind of ethics and ethical behavior is needed" as a rehabilitation and future preventive in circumstances when there is a general freedom of speech, but no freedom of thought, i.e when there is a freedom of speech, but there is no, it does not exist, a culture of expression and listening. Item type:Publication, Jedinice biznisa i eko-etički standardi(Odsek za menadžment, Tehnički fakultet, Bor, 2011)Efikasno, mehanizirano, moderno industrijsko dru{tvo je istovremeno i najproduktivnija ljudska zajednica do sada. Ljudi nikada nisu imali vi{e mogu}nosti za stvaranje roba i bogatstava kao u poslednjim decenijama postindustrijske epohe. Ali u isto vrieme nikada do sada nijedna industrija, biznis nisu u~inili takve {tete i toliko naru{ili ekolo{ku ravnote`u. Zbog toga su poslovnim zajednicama i onima koji u~estvuju u suvremenom biznisu neophodne nove i {ire perspektive. Neophodno je preocjeniti cjelovitu perspektivu produktivnosti, kao i svega drugoga na polju biznisa. Ovo treba biti pragmati~ni zahvat, ali i eti~ki - sve treba biti balansirano holisti~kim razmi{ljanjem. Stvaranje i djelovanje poslovnih zajednica, koje }e se pokraj profita rukovoditi i eti~kim motivima i bioeti~kim vrijednostima, a istovremeno }e povijesti i ra~una o `ivotnom okoli{u, jest korisno za sve. Biznis i, posebno, industrija trebaju slijediti odre|ene eti~ke i ekolo{ke bazi~ne standarde pri ocjenjivanju i djelovanju. Od ogromnog je zna~aja, da se pro{iri ekolo{ko-eti~ka percepcija u poslovnim zajednicama. Pokraj ~isto profitabilne motivacije kompanije nu`no moraju imati i {ire ljudske i dru{tvene, kao i altruisti~ke svrhe. Za to je potreban holisti~ki pristup i sposobnost percepcije iz drugog ugla djelatnika kao li~nosti i kompanije kako velikog ~imbenika u ekolo{kom sustavu. I u biznisu se, u ostalom, radi o ~ovje~anstvu, {to od sviju tra`i vi{i dosjeg moralne ocjene, jer pred budu}no{}u je stra{na prijetnja. Eko-eti~ki sustav, kako svojevrsna dimenzija ljudske opstojbe, treba imati najvi{i priroritet, tj. skrb za op}u za{titu prirode i okoli{a uvijek treba da bude u prvenstvu u odnosu na ni`e oblike kratkoro~nih djelovnih mogu}nosti. U ovom kontekstu na obzru su slijede}i vi{i bioeti~ki standardi: I. treba djelovati na na~in kojim biznis i produkcija ne}e predstavljati opasnost za persistentno postojanje ~ovje~anstva i za uni{tavanje li~nostî kao najvi{eg oblika `ivota; II. pri vo|enju biznisa treba za{tititi i unapre|ivati `ivot kao na~in opstojbe; III. vo|enje biznisa ne zna~i uni{tavanje prirode radi profita kao vi{e svrhe, ~emu }e pomo}i njezino razumjevanje kao jedinstvene osnove `ivota na Zemlji, bez koje gubi smisao svaka vrsta ljudskog djelovanja; IV. vo|enje biznisa tako, {to se ni po koju cijenu ne}e ugroziti biolo{ka raznovrsnost, ve} }e se ~uvati `ivo, a od ~ovjeka }e se tra`iti i o~ekivati odgovornost za za{titu `ivoga. Danas je ~ovje~anstvo suo~eno so najve}im izazovom do sada - da spasi prirodu od nepovratnog uni{tenja. Za tu va`nu i visoku zvrhu ve} du`e vrijemena najve}a pa`nja je usmjerena na poslovne zajednice - one su osobiti zaga|iva~i i pokreta~i nezaustavljivog rasta. Rad poslovnih zajednica mora se izmjeniti u prijateljskijem smjeru prema prirodi, zato {to se u suprotnom smanjuje kvalitet `ivljenja i ugro`uva opstanak sviju nas. Da li je mogu}e napravite ovakvu reorganizacija biznisa bez pritiska i naredbi, putem eti~kog i ekolo{kog osve{}ivanja, uzdizanjem novih motivacija i pokreta~kih snaga? Ne mo`e se ostaviti samo profitu da bude jedini validni motiv djelovanja, dok se baza `ivota (priroda) ostavlja sopstvenoj regeneraciji, koja vi{e nije mogu}a. Eko-eti~ki standardi u poslovnim djelatnostim i zajednicama trebaju biti nosioci jedne sveobuhvatne etike `ivota. Svi imaju odgovornost, iz sviju izviru utjecaji, svima je u interesu da razvoj biznisa bude uzmjeren ka ~uvanju okoli{a u naj{irem ekolo{kom smislu. U suprotnom, ~emu zara|eno ako se nema uslova za `ivot u kome }e se to investirati i uve}ati - ako se, pri tom, uni{te uslovi za vlastito `ivljenje i za pozitivni izraz zara|enog?! ^ovjek se mora, pred svijega i najvi{e upravo u djelovanju i poslovnim zajednicama, dr`ati eti~kih principa, kojima }e svoj prirodni `ivotni okoli{ sa~uvati za svoje dobro `ivljenje, ~ime }e biznis, kao uop}e i `ivot, dobiti pravilne podticaje i implikacije {ire i sustavne perspektive. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Item type:Publication, Етички размисли за изборниот фер-плеј и НВО-концептот како гласот на народот(Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung, Skopje, 2006)The democracy is the best possible political and social ideology, orientation and political practice which means personal freedom and freedom of the people, equality between people, independence in theirs views for the society, freedom of living, acting and resolving all the questions and problems. The democracy expresses the faith in human reasonable ability to appoint the aims and ability to lead the society successful. That’s why today everybody tries to make reconstruction and development of the common life, of the great achievements, of human rights, of freedom on the individuals, of successful elections of the public representatives…, of the great achievement of our culture at all as a new form of free life according to the free mind. One of them is the idea for regular carried out elections of the public representatives, which in the next period will lead the state, but in the same time will show care for common life and good life. Here we speak about the concept of “fair play” in elections and ethical accent of respecting the people’s voice through which everybody express its rights and dignity as a member and participator in the society. We must have “game rules” so we can play it without fear that we’ll felt into empty space where the meaning of our choice will be lost. It is about one very important category of social moral that shows a high honesty, not cheating. From another angle, the biggest grants for this is the concept of NGO as a people’s, public voice. We have to provide participation on equal citizens in the process of determination. This will be the balance in the society, strenghting the democracy, and promotion on its true performing. If we want to have real, true leading of the society, we need a common government in which the citizen will be no longer only a user of the public policy, but will have some responsibilities in planning the policies, taking some activities and in evaluation of the policies. The modern citizens have the right to vote not only for the questions coming from their politicians, but also bringing propositions and initiating resolving of the questions of common life. It means that we have to carry out a decisions which won’t be grounded on the need to “sell our products”, but on the conscience for wholeness and mutual dependence of all participants in creating social product and good social relations. It also means that we have to create always new, ethically justificied conditions for decision making. Having this in mind, necessary, we come to the question of criteria, as well as to dilemmas from bringing important decisions. Item type:Publication, Етичките вредности во политиката(2006)If we want to make a summary on the new moral values in politics, first of all, we have to start from the analysis on the connection between ethics and politics today, because they, after a long period of separation, are observing again in common relation cause their essence is historically and substantially connected. The basic form of connection between politics and ethics we find since Antique in Plato and Aristotle’s work, in their practical philosophy, where beside ethics, there are politics and economy. There we find the grounding on the ideal of “oikos” as an ideal of good common living. The breakdown of the faith, which overtook the connection between ethics and politics, generally the practical philosophy, is breakdown that overtook the whole society and history. This especially is applying on new era and the beginning of the contemporary world in which, from Hobbs till today, the connection between ethics and politics is questioned. The rehabilitation of the practical philosophy from 1930 wanted to show how can we return toward successful politics and common life. From here, if we want to outrival the situations in life and politics, we have to set up again the philosophical-political-ethical question for the new ethical values in politics. Besides basic values of today’s social-political system, like Democracy, Progress, Understanding between people, Ethics and Truth, a big number of ethical values became basic political values and norms cause of the reviving on specific morality in politics which means care for the people, unviolation of ethical standards, making efforts for progress, as well as managing the future develop. This means that the generally wanted ethical values in managing must become, in the same time, and a norm in the behavior and working in any kind of managing. Becoming that, the change of the previous politics on the economies will be possible: from the directiveness to self and own interests toward to social responsibility and parthership. This means that their working will be subordinate to the need of the construction of a new global economy. But, global economy which won’t be grounded on the need of conquering new markets for old technologies, but to the conscience of the need of ethical and ecological preserved and justified development on the society as well as on the mankind generally. This will lead to that toward which, obviously, the whole world is aimed in the moment - global real democratized civil society aware for it’s own responsibility from irrational spending of the resource and the need of creating a conditions for survival of the variety - growing up to the general bioethical conscience in every human. The up grow of the economy to this kind of conscience is realized in the moment when, as a basic value in any thinking and evaluating of the management and managers, the basic point will be the bioethical conscience. So we’ll attain to life as an indisputable ethical value by it self and for it self, it’s protection and advancing. In this way and only in this way, we’ll get to that from which we started - return to ourself as a human, return ourself as a Man/Human, which, in the birth moment in its genetic code and recalling, will have Bioethics as a base for living.
