Item type:Publication, New Product Design Development Based on Additive Manufacturing & Rapid Prototyping Methodology(Department for Production Engineering, Faculty of Technical Sciences, Novi Sad, Serbia, 2015-01); ; Todays advanced methods used in developing, designing and construction of new products are based on iterative analyses of all the parameters associated with the manufacturing process. Defining the specification of a new product nowadays is often followed by the construction of a functional prototype that has most of the crucial parameters that characterize the actual product. Additive manufacturing (3D printing) is a technology commonly used to produce physical prototypes and models for applications varying from mechanical and product design to archaeology and medicine. Apart from having to address limitations inherent to the printing process, getting the needed part clearance on the CAD model can be challenging as well. In this paper, we’ll go through the steps needed for converting 3D models into printable, functional, non-assembly models with an accent on 3D printed thread connections. The methods presented here were used effectively in developing a functional packaging prototypes for honey jars. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

Item type:Publication, Nondestructive disassembly process of technical device supported with augmented reality and RFID technology(Faculty of Mechanical engineering – Banja Luka, 2017-05); This paper presents nondestructive disassembly process of technical device supported with augmented reality system and RFID technology. During the last few decades, the rapid development of automobiles, electric and electronic equipment, resulted in creation of billions tones of waste. For instance, “around 3 billion tonnes of waste are generated in the EU each year - over 6 tonnes for every European citizen. The new recycling/reuse concept uses the nondestructive disassembly process of technical device supported with augmented reality and RFID technology. System includes marking the products with components of interest by using a RFID tag. The products can be marked with a RFID tag that will contain the ID of the product design in the centralized database. The recycling/reuse facilities use this ID to download data relevant for nondestructive disassembly of the product and obtaining the components of interest. The system is modular and extensible in terms of the services and remanufacture offered. The overall system has a forum that is helpful in communication between recycling/reuse facilities and product designers. Augmented reality system offers video presentation when possible to visualize the disassembly process. The database contains valuable data for the product regarding the materials and component of interest used for each of the components in the product. Main objective of this paper is developing of a new recycling/reuse concept by using the nondestructive disassembly process supported with augmented reality and RFID technology. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Item type:Publication, Influence of oil quality and viscosity on some quality components of vehicle power transmission(Faculty of Mechanical engineering-Skopje, 2016-10) ;Todor Davcev; ; In this paper, the influence of oil quantity and viscosity on the heating state of the vehicle power transmission aggregate and the loo of power in it are analysed. Employing the design of experiments method, statistical mathematic model is determined by which the relation between the above stated components of the aggregate quality and the oil placed in it is determined. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Item type:Publication, Modification of the diaphragm spring fingers beginnings and its influence on the spring stress distribution and stiffness curve(Faculty of Mechanical engineering-Skopje, 2016-10); ; ; The diaphragm spring is often used as part of the vehicle clutch assembly. The main function of the spring is to engage and disengage the pressure plate and the driven plate (clutch disk). At the time when the clutch is disengaged, the pressure plate is released and the driver can change or shift the gear. The spring is pressed with the press/release bearing from the top. The analyzed spring consists of several spokes (called spring fingers) that are set in conical shape. The spring finger beginning is the most stressed part of the spring. It acts as a lever and is subjected to numerous cycles of exploitation. In this paper is analyzed the stress distribution of the spring finger beginning. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Item type:Publication, 3d finite element analysis of tooth contact of spur gear(Faculty of Mechanical engineering-Skopje, 2016-10); ; ; In this paper a study for determination of the maximum contact stresses in the tooth contact zone among a couple of spur gear is realized by using 3d finite element analysis. The most common damages which can be seen on tooth surface are pitting and the reason for that are contact (Hertz) stresses. In this research the analytical strength calculations and virtual testing are used for obtaining a maximum contact stresses. The results obtained are compared with the value given by two approaches, the theory of Hertz and virtual testing. The obtained results are very similar which is shown graphically in the paper. Therefore, the presented method for determination of maximum contact stresses in the tooth contact zone and the 3d finite element analysis enables obtaining improved spur gear for a relatively short time and reduces price. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
