Abstract: Primary melanomas of the glans penis are exceptionally rare. Here we present a case of a 66-year-old uncircumcised man with malignant melanoma of the glans penis presented as black nodular lesion. Partial penectomy and billateral inguinal lymphadenectomy were performed and one a metastasis was found in the left superficial lymph nodes. Thereafter chemotherapy was administered. The patient is cancer-free two years after the surgery. Since prognosis of melanomas are very poor, early diagnosis is extremely important.
