Abstract: When it comes to acting quickly and dealing with emergencies, power companies are always well prepared. Even though the most well-designed and thoroughly tested power supply continuity plans need to be adaptable to fully address the rapid and unknown variables of an epidemic such as COVID-19. This paper presents the main challenges faced by project managers when running projects during coronavirus. The current and future projects in our country in the field of renewable sources are especially analyzed. In addition, special attention is given to the remote work and remote teams that will be normal in planning, implementation, management of projects in the field of power engineering
