Скопје: Економски факултет, УКИМ. | Abstract: | In modern economic conditions and more pronounced market competition, consumer is king and prime mover, among other things, the transactions that take place on the real estate market. Under legislation of the Republuika Macedonia, the term "property" includes land, buildings, separate parts of buildings and other facilities, and other property as recorded in the registry of property in accordance with law. Although public opinion and media often refers to the "real estate market" from the perspective of residential living, real estate can be grouped into three broad categories based on its use: residential, commercial and industrial. With the development of private property ownership, real estate has become a major area of business, commonly referred to as commercial real estate. Purchasing real estate requires a significant investment, and each parcel of land has unique characteristics, so the real estate industry has evolved into several distinct fields. Specialists are often called on to valuate real estate and facilitate transactions. Real Estate Marketing is not something you do once. It is something you must do on a continual basis. A real estate marketing strategy is a plan to increase sales opportunities. Before implementing your strategy, know what you want to accomplish. The best marketing strategies for real estate are those that spread ‘the word’ and increase interest in the property.
