dc.description.abstractThe text is trying to answer a series of questions concerning the long term perspectives of the Macedonian EU accession process. The main focus is on two complementary outcomes of the future decision to start accession negotiations. Firstly, the text is centred at the challenges of the state of negotiations primarily having in mind the capacities of the negotiation team and the influence of the domestic and international actors. The second part is proposing an institutional approach towards the capacity building process which will supplement the adoption and implementation of the acquis.en_US
