After presenting some basic facts about the current process of drafting the Civil Code of the Republic of Macedonia, the fundamental principles that are applied in regulating the special types of sale contracts are identified. As for the proposed specific solutions, the subject matter of analysis relates to some relevant issues regarding the current special types of sale contracts. The specific proposed solutions are reviewed not only in the context of existing solutions of international and European contract law but also in the context of applicable legislative proposals and legal projects. Bearing in mind that some special types of sale contracts still remain outside the system of the proposed civil codification, it is concluded that despite the preference for the principle of legal autonomy a further debate on some issues would be useful. | URI: | http://hdl.handle.net/20.500.12188/12283 |
