But all of this have no importance for those journalists who enjoys more the comfort of a professional, than the professional freedom, especially in today‘s context when on a global scale professional freedom is situated in a deep and serious ethical crisis. That is why, the need of the application of the court of reason and moral evaluation in this area is imposes. Journalists, as moral agents, and the media as a collective ethical subjects, faced with the problem of loss of sense of journalistic profession - to serve the public. Therefore, the ethics calls in finding a way out of this situation through the supply and implementation of its tool, and most of all, the application of self-regulation.
