ЗA правото и ЗА етиката !

Abstract

In the history of human civilization we can almost always find a periods of confrontation, as well as the periods of reunion of law and ethics as it is in the recent era where the learned necessity of symbiotic connection between law and ethics is crucial in the intentions of achieving and realization of general desirable ideal-model-organization of common life: democratic society with law structure. As a result of this, there are two tendency of reaching and realization of this ideal: to respect freedom, as well as to esteem the rules of “game” in common life, so that at the end it doesn’t come up with chaos, demotion, as well as with negation of the true value of human person. Whereas the law is one strict system of rules (in the account of moral) in efforts to insure the complex needs of people and its function in practice (almost always through out sanctions) when the ethical consciences will fails and very negative moral actions will arise, ethics functions more like a road sign which tell us about the necessary change in and for the man and for the necessary need of building a conscience in each of us for its own behavior, in which process it aims us to chose Good instead of Evil. Conclusively, the both, the law and the ethics, beside having different methods, the aim is the same and that’s why they should discerning each other, entangle and help in the name of that aim - making good quality life, protection of it and its promoting in the near and further future. That’s why in the name of civil security, stability, promotion and behavior we should be FOR the law and FOR the ethics!
