This paper proposes the PlayfulPeer Pedagogy Framework, a novel methodological approach for primary school education that integrates game-based learning and peer learning approaches. The framework aims to address challenges in education, such as limited access to technology, lack of specialized teachers and resource constraints, while fostering communication and collaboration, as well as development of students critical thinking abilities and digital skills. The effectiveness of the proposed framework is evaluated through a case study focusing on cybersecurity education. Results indicate positive outcomes, with students reflecting and reporting improvements in communication, collaboration and critical thinking. The integration of peer learning and game-based activities is perceived as more interesting, engaging and effective than traditional teaching methods, leading to enhanced learning experiences. These findings suggest the potential of the PlayfulPeer Pedagogy Framework to be implemented in primary school education, empowering students to acquire essential skills and knowledge in an engaging and enjoyable manner.en_US
