Abstract: Green business can be defined as business committed to the principles of environmental protection within their activities, while striving to use renewable energy sources and trying to minimize the negative impact on the environment. Identifying their costs is very important because it provides a realistic assessment of the economic and environmental impact of business (enterprise) on the environment. Therefore, the main purpose of the paper is based on analysis of the activities of green businesses to identify the main characteristic of their cost management and to clear that managers need cost management tools in order to make right decisions
