Abstract
This paper presents VICES project that will be implemented under the framework of the European
TEMPUS programme. The project will establish video conferencing infrastructure as a support of
the educational process in higher education in R. Macedonia. It will introduce the usage of novel
ICT technologies in engineering education, making the studies more attractive for the students.
