Abstract: This paper reflects on the analysis of the existing system of trade union organization in accordance with the national solutions, the European and the aspects of the International Labour Organization, primarily through the views and needs of persons with disabilities. The paper presents an overview of the normative aspects of organizing the trade union organization of persons with disabilities, as well as the challenges and the scope of the current system regarding the requests submitted by these employees. The paper provides guidelines and future steps that should be taken both within the national legislation and in relation to international tendencies, and in order to promote the right to trade union organization of persons with disabilities. Persons with disabilities in the context of syndicalism are recognized as a separate group of employees, but for whom in science existed different views and attitudes regarding the issue of their organization into the union.
