dc.description.abstractThis survey addresses growth rate e-Government development by comparing the corresponding e-Government services benchmarks carried out in European countries. Initiated by the amount of information about e-Government we propose a new methodology to divide countries in clusters with representative behavior according to their growth rate and achieved result. We identify countries with high growing rate and cluster them according to their behavior.en_US
