dc.description.abstractThe subject of research of this paper presents the impact of the relevant economic measures in the legal framework in Macedonian economy for providing everyday work of the small and medium enterprises and of the employees in time of Covid-19 crises and in the period after this crisis. The purpose of the research of this paper is to analyze whether those economic measures that were prescribed by the Ordonnances with the force of law have had the criteria of proportionality for all employees and for all small and medium enterprises in Macedonian economy, also to analyze were those economic measures necessary in our economy, and what were the results of this economic measures for the small and medium enterprises and employees. The first part of the paper is an introduction, which explains the topic of the research, while the second part of this paper explains the economic measures that were prescribed in Ordonnances with the force of law in our country. The third part of the paper analysis what were the results of those economic measures that were taken for small and medium enterprises and for employees in Macedonian economy. Finally, the fourth part of the paper is the conclusion.en_US
