In today's educational system, the use of computers, distance learning and mobile learning are more present than ever, and in recent years intensive work is done in the application of digital games as a pedagogical tool. The vast and rich virtual worlds in the digital games are exactly what make them a powerful source for getting new knowledge. They give the participants an opportunity for understanding of the learning material by experiencing it. Studies have shown that people learn best from their practice, especially when part of a larger community whose members share common goals and work together to achieve those goals. Such games, from a pedagogical point of view, enable constructivist building of knowledge and offer opportunities for making connections between the current and the new knowledge. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is studying the existing learning systems based on digital games in order to build a new system whose main objective is to familiarize participants with the rules of study and the material taught within the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technologies. For the purposes of implementing this system, a virtual model of the faculty will be developed that, in addition to this purpose, can be used for other purposes.en_US
