In doing so, the authors are analyzing the specifics that are determining the path development of this method of organizing shareholders’ meetings. In that regard, the authors of the paper, especially focus on the experiences arising from the application of this model in 2020. Namely, under the influence of the global pandemic of COVID-19, this model of organizing of shareholders’ meetings was used very often. That challenged the company’s legislation regulating the virtual-only shareholders' meetings.
