Abstract: In order to determine the accurate condition of the prefabricated reinforced concrete portals, visual overviews of the construction have been performed. At the same time, all structural damages and elements of the two reinforced concrete portals were registered and photographed. After conducting the tests and analyses of the construction, it was necessary to determine the need for repair and rehabilitation, and then to undertake appropriate measures for repair and rehabilitation of the structural elements in order to renew the technical properties that would meet the criteria of bearing capacity and serviceability state.
